(01/11/08). The Union filed this charge against the Agency or in the alternative the GSA when the long standing practice of being allowed to display Union signs was curtailed.
(06/11/07). The Union filed a charge against the Agency when the lead negotiator for management refused to continue meeting for Contract negotiations. She informed the Union that Union negotiators were to go back to work (canceled official time) and then canceled conference rooms that were scheduled for Contract negotiations.
(01/16/07). The Union filed this charge when the Agency canceled the Ukrainian Breakfast radio show and thus eliminated the night shift and held a meeting in which employees were informed of this decision without giving the Union an opportunity to attend.
(09/13/05). The Union filed this charge against the Agency because it alleges that two management officials told an employee that associating with the Union would be detrimental to her career.
(06/14/05). The Union filed this charge after the Agency refused to negotiate over the sealing of the windows in the Cohen Building before implementation took place.
(07/14/05). The Union filed this charge because management instituted a brand new procedure consisting of logging in work assignments without first negotiating with the Union.
(07/14/05). The Union filed this charge because management moved a group of employees (wed desk employees) to the VOA News Center without first negotiating with the Union.
